So, we arrived and no staff around to help us with our luggage. We had to wait for other guests to let us into the room. It was freezing cold, and a tiny, windowless space didn't help at all!

Finding the hotel entrance was a frustrating trek in the cold. More personal seating options in the communal areas would enhance comfort and coziness!!!

we recently stayed at citybox and really loved our experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and major attractions. the self check-in was smooth, and our room was stylish, modern, and comfortable. the communal areas were great for socializing, and there were plenty of charging points and storage options. we appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities, making it feel like a home away from home.
Nothing to complain about! 😄.

I really loved the location! It was super close to the Slussen metro station, which made getting around a breeze. the staff were friendly and the common area was perfect for chilling out or catching up on work. Plus, the cleanliness of the rooms was a definite plus!
Finding the entrance was a hassle, especially in the rain with bags. if you’re in one of those basement rooms without windows, it can get pretty disorienting and stuffy at night. Not great for longer stays, for sure!

Great location with easy access to many parts of the city.
I spent over an hour trying to locate it using Google Maps, and the hotel staff were unhelpful, expecting me to lug my bags through the chilly streets. It was frustrating, and to.

definitely coming here again
The room was cozy and had great amenities like a tv, tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. Loved the spacious seating area, too! The place is eco-friendly, with no plastic cups and a nice shared area. Perfect for a short stay!

The fantastic location allowed quick access to metro stations and several attractions within walking distance. The lack of windows in the room proved uncomfortable during hot weather, and at times, the noise from neighboring guests disrupted sleep. While the common areas provided a nice spot to prepare food and relax with coffee, it would have been beneficial to have more personal seating options. The staff were cute and the facilities were well-maintained.
